A woman was simply being a good neighbor, by allowing a couple of neighborhood kids to wait in her home for the morning school bus. And how is she rewarded for this? She is being threatened by the “Department of Human Resources” with fines and possible jail time unless she gets government permission (I.E. a license to run a daycare) to do so.

The mommy state is once again reaching out to interfere with, and punish Americans who dare to stand upon their own two feet, and help each other out. How dare these parents find their own solutions to problems? How dare they not turn to and rely upon the government?

It is not the job of government to take care of us. It is not their responsibility to protect us from our families, our friends, our neighbors or ourselves. It is the government’s job to protect us from gang-bangers, drug dealers, thieves, robbers, and other criminals. It is the government’s job to protect us from enemies of the American way of life. It is the government’s job to protect us from satanically insane people who are intent on destroying our Constitutionally recognized and protected rights and freedom. People like the islamo-fascist in Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Syria and Libya. People like the mad-men communist dictators like Kim Jong-il (North Korea), Hugo CHAVEZ (Venezuela), Raul Castro (Cuba) and Vladimir Putin (Russia).

Unfortunately, the Appeaser and Thief, currently occupying the White House, his henchmen in congress and all those all the way down the line of office holders and bureaucratic co-conspirators, apparently do not understand the proper role of government. They, aided by the missguided sycophant worshipers of B.O, are advancing the idea that it is the government’s job to be our mommy and daddy. They are convinced that “We the people” are simply not capable of taking care of ourselves, or dealing with our own problems, unless they guide and direct us in making the right(?) decisions.
Therefore they, the leftist elite, must take control over the “needs” of the people. And they, the all wise masters, must take charge of our medical care and, as time passes, providing our food, our shelter and every other perceived “need”. And they, the all knowing guides, need to tell us what type of vehicles we can drive, what kinds of light bulbs we can use, and what foods we can eat. And they, the “blame America first” democrats are the only ones who can determine who are and who really are not our enemies and how do deal with them. And they, the self-superior socialists, are the only ones who should be allowed to decide what decisions “We the people” should be allowed to make for ourselves.
But the truth is that, “We the people” do not need the governmental to be our mommy and daddy. “We the people” do not need the government to tell us what is right or wrong. “We the people” do not need the government to provide us with a place to lay our heads, or to “give us this day our daily bread”. We the people” already have our Father, GOD, to rely on for those things. And unlike the government, our Father, GOD, will never fail us, and will never makes a mistake.
The only things that we need the government for are clearly and simply outlined in the preamble to our Constitution.

By Definition
This past weekend, B.O again demonstrated his complete inability to work within the confines of the truth. He blatantly and shamelessly denied that a tax is a tax.

It is really pitiful how easily B.O. (and liberals in general) can bald face lie to the American people, and feel no shame or fear of being held to account. This is in part due to the fact that the Obamanites, (as opposed to the Jedi knights) who all but worship the "dark Force" of B.O's Imperial persona, respond to any resistance to, or correction of, their messiah's words and actions in their usual kneejerk fashion. They cry racist, and/or they play on class envy, by asking: "Don't you care about the under-privileged"?
Under-privileged? I suppose they mean in comparison to the "Privileged”. You know who we are. That's right, they are talking about us. "We the people” who work hard to feed, cloth, and shelter our families, and purchase those niceties that we wish to have to make our lives a bit easier and more pleasant. "We the people" who invent and develop new products, who create new markets, and who take risks to start and build new businesses. Products, markets and businesses that result in the creation of new jobs. Jobs that make it possible for others to work and earn; so that they too can feed, cloth, and shelter their families, and purchase things that they wish to have. "We the people" who have earned what is rightfully ours.
I'm sorry; but I don't know what privilege has to do with this. We are not talking about privilege. We are talking about the right of "We the people" to keep what is rightful ours.
Recently I had a run-in with an obamanite who claimed that just because "We the people" are opposed to how B.O. intends to finance his programs on our backs, does not make his doing so "theft".
My response was something to the fact that not only are taxes and fees that are imposed by the government in opposition to the will of "We the people" definitive examples of theft (the act of taking money, goods or property without the rightful owners consent), they are in fact definitive examples of robbery (the act of taking money, goods or property, without the consent of the rightful owner, by use of violence, or by putting the rightful owner in fear).
But then, the socialists have redefined the concept of "work and earn" as "evil greedy self interest". So it should come as no surprise to anyone that they would also redefine "theft" and "robbery" as the poetic sounding "from each according to their ability, to each according to their needs".
They like to portray themselves as the modern equivalent to Robin Hood who they say took from the rich to give to the poor. But wait a minute! That is not exactly what Robin Hood did. In fact what he really did was to take back from the corrupt and power mad ruling class, to give back to those who were wrongfully subjected to unreasonable taxation and the suspension of their GOD given rights to life, liberty and property.
I will confess that I am using generalized definitions for the terms "theft" and "robbery". But then the socialist agenda of B.O. and his ilk represent a very real and specific threat to the freedom and liberty of "We the people" who are the citizens of the United States of America. So I think I am justified in doing that.
By the way, what do you think will happen to the American idea and tradition of working your way up to a "better life", if the government is allowed to take from you anything more than it has determined that you have earned (as B.O has demonstrated his willingness to do), and gives to "the under-privileged" only what the government deems to be what they need. Do you really think anyone will ever be allowed to achieve and enjoy anything more than a subsistence living standard? History says NO! You won't!

Dear Illinois,
Greeting to my fellow citizens of the sovereign state of Illinois,
I come to you with some disturbing (though not surprising) news. Apparently, both of our current senators, Roland Burris and Dick Durbin voted against the halting of federal funds going to ACORN.
The only conclusion I can come to is that they both believe that it is perfectly okay to use taxpayer money to set up prostitution rings, smuggle illegal immigrants into this country and traffic in under age sex slaves.

Dick Durbin is sure to run for re-election to what he considers "his" seat in the senate, though in fact it belongs to the citizens of Illinois. And although Roland Burris has apparently decided not to run for re-election as an Illinois senator, as a career politician, he is sure to eventually run for some other office, so file this issue in mind under the heading of "unworthy politicians".

Simple and Easy to Understand
Have you notices how legislators in the House and Senate always seem to write long rambling laws filled with all types of legalese; rather than simply putting together short, to the point laws written in plain American English. This only makes sense if it is their intention to make it difficult for the regular citizen from understanding what they are really up too.
On the other hand, our founding fathers managed to lay the foundations for what would become the greatest most exceptional nation in the entire history of the world, based on relatively short documents written in simple, easy to understand language. Our founders understood something important. That being that if a people are to remain free, it is important for that people, to be able to know and comprehend what their government is up too and why.
Let's look at an example of how our founders wrote things, the preamble of our Constitution, which says…

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Ths simple opening paragraph, written in plain English, sets out the what for and why of our Constitution and the limited government it was intended to establish. So how might this paragraph be understood by a regular working man or woman? I’m talking about the farmer, the blacksmith, or the merchant, etc. Let me tell you how I read it.
* We the People
Note it starts right out making it very clear that it is the people, the average citizen, who is to determine the structure and behavior of the government, not the government that is to determine the behavior of the citizen.
* of the United States,
It makes clear that this country is not simply a single homogeneous mass. It is a body, made up of several parts, the individual sovereign states.
* in Order to form a more perfect Union,
It sets out the simple idea that although the states are individual and sovereign, they are united together as a body, so as to more effectively perform tasks that are necessary to serve the citizens of all the states.
Also note that they were not trying to form a perfect union. Our founders were smarter than that. Unlike so may people today, they understood that human beings are sinners by nature, and easily corrupted. And that any body of people could never achieve perfection. So they set out only to create a "more perfect union".
I suspect, that if they had imagined that one day, people would view political office as a full time, life long career, they might well have written term limits into the Constitution. But at that time, office holders actually had real jobs and worked for a living, and the House and Senate only met in session a few times a year. Oh for the good old days.
* establish Justice,
To set out a system of controls upon the government that will prevent the kinds of misuse of power, and abuse of the citizenry, that was so common in the European countries that Americans had left behind.
* insure domestic Tranquility,
To establish methods and protocols by which disagreements and disputes between the various state, can be settled peacefully and as equitably as possible, thereby protecting and maintaining the unity oof the states.
* provide for the common defence,
Probably the most important responsabilty of the government. is to take the necessary steps required to insure that no outside force or nation can threaten the safety and security of the citizens of the United States, or their property, or their liberty, without paying a dear price for doing so. Too many politicians today have put their pet special interest ahead of this.
* promote the general Welfare,
Contrary to the apparent thinking of some in the country today, it does not say “provide the welfare payments to those who claim some misfortune. We all face misfortune in our lives. It is not up to the federal government to correct or reverse those misfortunes.
It is not the governments responsability to provide for every citizens needs. The government’s responsibility is only to encourage and maintain an environement that allows the citizen to provide for their own needs. It can also be argued that within limits, the government has a resposability to provide some assistance, generally in the form of manpower, in the event of some wide spread disaster.
Examples of how the government can promote the general welfare would include things like...
* Opening and maintaining trade relations with other countries.
* Exploring new territories that can be settled (in todays world, that might well include space exploration, and/or undersea settlements)
* Insuring the accuracy of maps and of weights & meassures
* Recognizing and protecting the rights of property owner, inventors, writers and those who make some new discovery
* Informing the citizenry of any known dangers that may exist; I.E. bad water, epidemic, dangerous weather conditions, flood dangers, etc.
* Establishing and insuring a dependable road system.
At the same time the government must not create or cause unwarranted and undue interference in the day to day lives of the citizens, their organizations & establishments or their way of life.
* and secure the Blessings of Liberty
To protect and defend the freedom of every citizen of the United States to do that which they know to be right and good, and which does no real physical harm to their neighbor’s person, property or liberty, or to the community in general.

And all those American citizens yet to be born. Yes, that’s right, the Constitution was written not only to protect you, your friends and your family. It was also written to protect the life and liberty of those not yet born. All the rights and liberties that apply to you and me, also apply to the unborn. The Constitution prohibits the government from limiting or take away the right to life or liberty of any American citizen simply because that citizen has not yet left his or her mother’s womb.

You would think that it should be obvious that the founders did not intend for the document they worked so hard on; to be twisted into something they would hardly recognize. But that is what has been done by the leftist in our country. They have used the courts to reinvent the Constitution, and overthrow the will of the people time and time again.

There are those who will say that the Constitution is the charter of the corporate body know as the United States of America. But this is not the case. The Constitution is not our nation’s charter, it is our nation’s bylaws. Our charter is the “Declaration of Independence”. That is the document we celebrate as our nation’s birth certificate every July 4th.
Interestingly, any corporate lawyer worth his or her salt will tell you that the bylaws of any corporate body (such as the United States of America) must be interpreted and enforces in accordance with its charter. I will have more to say on this point in a future posting.
* for the United States of America.
Not for non-citizens, not for enemies of the United States of America or enemies of U.S. citizens. We owe no equal recognition or treatment to non-citizens or enemies. We do generally treat all people with as much respect, and as well as they allow us to treat them, but only as a courtesy and a privilege, not because we are under any obligation to do so.
Well that’s how this regular American citizen reads the preamble to our Constitution. I will write more on this great document; including the Bill of Rights, and on the Declaration of Independence, as I have time.
If you do not already have a copies of the important founding document of this greatest nation that GOD has ever raised up on the Earth, may I strongly suggest that you get them as quickly as possible. Once you have them, don’t just let them gather dust. Read them. Study them. Keep them close to where you keep and study your Bible. No, I am not putting them on the level of the scriptures. But I am saying is that they are second only to the Bible in importance to any American Christian who wishes to remain free to worship and serve our LORD.

Not for non-citizens, not for enemies of the United States of America or enemies of U.S. citizens. We owe no equal recognition or treatment to non-citizens or enemies. We do generally treat all people with as much respect, and as well as they allow us to treat them, but only as a courtesy and a privilege, not because we are under any obligation to do so.
Well that’s how this regular American citizen reads the preamble to our Constitution. I will write more on this great document; including the Bill of Rights, and on the Declaration of Independence, as I have time.
If you do not already have a copies of the important founding document of this greatest nation that GOD has ever raised up on the Earth, may I strongly suggest that you get them as quickly as possible. Once you have them, don’t just let them gather dust. Read them. Study them. Keep them close to where you keep and study your Bible. No, I am not putting them on the level of the scriptures. But I am saying is that they are second only to the Bible in importance to any American Christian who wishes to remain free to worship and serve our LORD.

No Fear - We Choose To Fight
GOD fearing, freedom loving Americans have no problems with, or fear of, the kind of limited government established by our founding fathers in the “Constitution of the Unites States” as interpreted in accordance with our national charter, the “Declaration of Independence”.
Note: It is not the declaration of dependence, nor is it the declaration of interdependence. It is the “Declaration of Independence”.
INDEPENDENCE is the key word in the title of that document. Just as “the people” are the most important words used in our constitution. Only our faith in, and reliance upon, our Father GOD is more important, to us, than the liberty of the individual citizen, the sovereignty of the individual states, and the power of the citizenry over the state. These are the key principles that have kept us free, and made America the most exceptional and greatest nation in history.
This does not mean that we do not reach out to help each other in times of need. We do. In fact “We the people” of the United States of America are the most generous and helpful people that have ever walked upon the face of the Earth. We do it freely, by our own choice and in our own way, because that is our very nature. We do not need any person, personality, government, or agency thereof, to coerce us into doing so their way. As long as those who serve in our government remember that fact, and keep their place, and remain subservient to the people, then “We the people” will have no serous problem with them
However, GOD fearing, freedom loving Americans always have had, do now have, and will forever continue to have, a problem with the kind of “politically correct”, “blame America first”, “class exploiting”, “mommy state promoters” and socialists that are currently at the reigns of our government.
We see how they view our founding documents with distain, and how they see those documents as stumbling blocks. We hear them say that we are unable to solve our problems by ourselves without their help and intervention. We know that they have decided that we can’t be trusted to take care of, or make the right choices for ourselves, our families and our neighbors. We watch as they seek and try to implement ways of sidestepping our founding documents, as well as the ideas and principles that those documents recognize and protect. We see how they look for ways, and work hard, to cast off those documents, ideas and principles. And that worries us.
No, it is not the limited government created by our founding fathers that “We the people” have a problem with. It is those who have now and in the past, taken charge of that limited government. And who have and are now attempting bury that limited government under a mountain of expansion. Expansion that they can and will then use to reach out and control “We the people”.
But to their dismay, they are finding that “We the people” are not sitting back and quietly allowing them to continue unhindered in their efforts. “We the people” have begun, and will continue, to stand against them at every turn. “We the people” will not meekly accept their elitist distain of the kind of “rugged individualism” and “I Can” attitude that we as Americans respect, admire and rely on. We will not respectfully kowtow and bow to their self superior vision of what this nation should be. We will not permit them to destroy all that we love and hold dear.
WE THE PEOPLE WILL FIGHT THEM TOOTH AND NAIL!!
