After hearing the portion of Hugo Chavez speech at COP15, the U.N. Conference on Climate Change, I felt compelled to track down the rest of the speech. The following three videos present the entirety of that speech.
After listening to the rest of the speech, I am even more convinced that he and all those who gave him ovation after ovation are intent on using the trumped up threat of global warming as a weapon against capitalism. The intent is to use this weapon to force The United States of America to kowtow to a Marxist controlled, world regulatory body.
